Corporate travel protection covers staff, leaders and authorised volunteers when they travel on behalf of your organisation, whether interstate for a conference or overseas for mission, partnership or training. It is arranged at an organisational level, so individuals do not need to buy their own travel insurance for each trip and the organisation knows that everyone travelling on its behalf is covered consistently.
The protection typically includes overseas medical expenses and emergency evacuation, cancellation and curtailment costs when plans change unexpectedly, lost or delayed baggage, personal liability while travelling, and access to 24-hour emergency assistance. Trips should be registered with your organisation before departure. Your State Manager can explain which destinations and activities are included and how to notify travel.
